De kosten voor een bevalling in Birth Village Luna zijn hetzelfde als bij een ziekenhuisbevalling zonder medische reden.
Het tarief wordt jaarlijks door de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) vastgesteld. Voor 2025 is het tarief € 841,51. Hiervan wordt € 261 vergoed vanuit de basisverzekering. De resterende € 580,51 is de wettelijke eigen bijdrage.
